Companion

Ashir is employed at the Red Lantern as a companion. His work schedule prevents him from consistently working there every night that the Lantern is open, but he can be hired outside of those nights if clients are seeking his companion services. (If you are interested in seeing Ashir outside Lantern events, please check my OOC info first before reaching out).

Alchemical Chirurgeon

Though relatively early in his career, Ashir is no less an accomplished chirurgeon at a triage ward in Radz-at-Han. His role involves intake, assessment, and intervention via alchemical means. When not treating patients, Ashir is creating and developing alchemical reagents, reading up on the latest research, and collaborating with his fellows. If your character has been injured around Thavnair, or is a fellow alchemist keen on collaboration, Ashir may have encountered them.

Son of Thavnair

Born and raised in Radz-at-Han, Ashir both lives and works in the city, and spends a majority of his time there. He can occasionally be seen out elsewhere, such as the Alchemist's guild in Ul'dah (mostly to judge them) or working venues for the Red Lantern (because he can't unwind unless also simultaneously working), but the colorful trading hub of the Near East will always be his home. A home he is more than happy to share with others if anyone wishes to visit (or anyone willing to listen to him yap about it).

Out of Character

I have been RPing on FFXIV for more than 10 years now, and enjoy (nearly) all forms of RP and PvE content. I work full time and family/friends take priority over all game-related things.

Want to interact with Ashir? Awesome! I'm damn near always down for RP. If we're in a mutual Discord, feel free to DM me. If not, feel free to send me a /tell ingame (I will likely be on my main, Naja Radusk). However, there are a few things I want anyone interacting with Ashir to know first:

  • Ashir is an alt, and is RPed mostly either on request, for events, or when my main (Naja Radusk) is out-of-commission for one reason or another. I welcome friendships with Ashir but do not expect him to be around much, nor for him to participate in large plotlines.

  • Ashir works at a bordello, but that does not mean that he is obligated to spend the night with your character, nor does it mean that I owe anyone ERP.

  • Ashir is aromantic. Your character is welcome to make advances, he will decline them (once he realizes what's happening). No character nor plotline will change this about him. Chase away if that's the kind of story you want, but there will never be a payoff.
